Cruella is away from the office for the whole two weeks *yippee!* Not only does her teeth (and jaw) need fixing again (perhaps all those nasty things she says to people are coming back to haunt her!), she is also off to the glorious land of Sudan the week after. In addition to that, Her Royal Craziness is also gone this week. *lion3ss does the hoola dance* But not before she filled my entire desk with post-it notes and the things she wants me to do before Friday *rolls eyes*.
I am beginning to hate her even more now. Crazy Woman that is. Just found out that she is sneaking behind our backs. She told me and Akak that we can't leave because we are needed here. Not that she gives us the due recognition anyway, especially Akak, who was previously a manager. She acts like God and decide that we are not 'good' enough. And yet, she doesn't allow us to go elsewhere because who else would be doing her donkey job right? Latest I heard, she found people interested to come to this unit. Now, she wants to 'upgrade' our positions to accommodate these people. The one interested in Akak's position was promised a managerial position, to do what Akak has been doing all these while. And the one to take mine? A junior of a few months, but apparently worthy to be upgraded. *Which I bet is due to her proficient Uncle Sam's twang!* If they are THAT good, let us go already!

For someone who runs crying to the consultants every time we stand up to you, I don't think you are the kind of leader our company needs.
For someone who lacks finesse and grace, and call people 'eh,eh' instead of their given name, you are the last choice to be the next Madam.
For someone who needs to be reminded of meetings because the Notes Calendar is too complicated and doesn't even know how to approve leave, it is a joke that you were ever leading a support systems unit.
For someone who tells their staff that if she has magic she'll get rid of us in a snap, you should know that the feeling's mutual.
But since you are good at blowing, we end up with people like you. People who are seen like the perfect candidate in the eyes of management. People who make others suffer at their expense.
Just bear in mind, for someone who thinks she is a bigger bitch than everyone else, you picked a fight with the wrong bitch.

The boss needs 2 things:

2- A stint with Mok Nang Selamoh to learn how to be polite and ladylike.
